I have no idea what Scream Awards are, all I know is that they debuted a new clip of Watchmen during it, and now that clip is available in HD. You can check the standard version at VFHvideo:

I have to say, it's looking pretty good, though a lot of this footage is taken from the debut trailer, it's nice to get something new, and in 1080p quality.
