I guess BBC America knew they got it right this past Christmas, because on April 23rd, both the UK and USA will get new Doctor Who! Yes! For the first time, aside from that aforementioned special, episodes of Doctor Who will now air the same day regardless of which side of the pond (no pun intended) you're on.
So, yes, this also means n more delays in reviews like we had to deal with last season... assuming BBCA doesn't screw up and take random weeks off again. Here's to hoping that won't happen though!
