Playstation Network Impressions

So, got my PS3, I have my wifi, so lets do this! Getting onto the PSN was no big deal, just after I updated my firmware I went to Create a PSN Account. I registered as a new user and I got an error, turns out my Playstation Underground account is my Playstation Network account... who knew. At least all that text entering got me used to the PS3's virtual keyboard.. which is ok.

Now that my account was all set up I decided to check out the store. Now I'm well aware that the store recently got an entire revamp, so I don't know ow to compare it from then and now. But I will say, once I entered it was easy for me to find a MGS4 wallpaper, and a bunch of demos including Devil May Cry 4, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Resistance, and Sega SuperStars Tennis. And what was even nicer was that I could have the demos "download in background" so that I could leave the store, play MGS4 and during playtime a little blip would appear in the upper right corner and tell me my downloads were done, a great feature I must say.

Also included with the bundle I got today was a voucher for PAIN, a PSN exclusive. To redeem it all i had to do was access the PSN setting, and enter the redeem code, and viola! Right into the store, no wait, and my download was ready to go. Now all I need is a release schedule for all of these demos and I'll be set.

What? I'm pretty sure Xbox doesn't allow you to play stuff and download stuff at the same time. Or that's been my experience with it at least.
