Ninja Gaiden II releases next week?

I don't mean to sound stupid, but i seriously had no clue. It goes to show how much i pay attention to the Xbox news, not even the one game that interested me crossed my mind. None the less, IGN gave Ninja Gaiden an 8.7 ... and that's the only review out there. I mean i know i forgot about it but that's understandable.. my question is why did everyone else forget about it? Does the Ninja Gaiden name not mean anything anymore?
