Episode 7 - "Of Human Action"
This week's episode opens up with a scene that looks like it was taken out of M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening, with a bunch of cops turning suicidal after stopping a couple of on the run criminals with a hostage. But, when Fringe division goes to Massive Dynamic for clues, it seems like somethings are not always as they may seem.
The episode is certainly one of the more suspenseful this season, but, If you're one to take note of direct and body language, you may (like myself) know exactly what's going on in the opening scene long before it's explained half-way through the episode. And I could go on about how the show continues to ignore its cliffhangers, but that just seems redundant at this point. What you have here is an interesting case that may or may not hold your suspense, depending on how quickly you catch on, and there's nothing terrible about that.
Overall Score: 7.8/10
