No, you're not seeing double. That there on the right is a test of a new navigation menu. It doesn't work or anything, so don't try clicking it. Colors, text, it's all subject to change, so don't be scared of it just yet. The main difference from this layout and the old one, other than the look, is the addition of "Features". With The Top Ten returning in the coming months, and the recent surge of After Thoughts, I felt it was about time they had a little place of their own in the menu.
The other issue is space. If "Features" was added to the current navigation, it would just be huge, and no one wants to deal with that. The new set up will allow you to access the blog's features just as easily, but now with a sleeker, slimmer look. It should be completed within the next week.
