Hotel Dusk being re-released?

It seems to look that way, I mean I love the game, but why so out of the blue? Why not re-release other games too? Here's some proof:

And also on Kotaku, they were showing off 360 price cuts, and a Metallic DS, but if you look closely, its shows release dates on both Hotel Dusk and Clubhouse Games... what's going on here?
